This traditional Kung Fu course combines simplicity and subtlety. It alternates between speed and slowness, hard and soft,

requiring a mixture of postural work and powerful baton handling.

The course is open to both beginners and more advanced practitioners.

Price of the course: 80 euros.

Dates:

  • 17 and 18 of March.
  • 14 and 15 of April.

Hours: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm

Location: Courses are held at the sports hall of Glénac (see map below).
